Fitness Tax Credit Receipt
The 2016 Canadian federal budget eliminated the tax credit for 2017 and subsequent years, so we no longer issue receipts.
In Quebec, you can still claim a refundable tax credit for physical activities of an eligible child, but you do not need a special tax credit receipt. You just need to keep the receipt of payment that the club's online system sent you by email when you registered in case the government asks for it:
